At Shoppe Doris we want all of our customers to be happy and excited about their purchases. We do understand that online shopping doesn't always go as planned. Please review the Shoppe Doris Return Policy to help make a return go as smoothly as possible. By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns on your purchase.
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card or code via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery of your order.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased under LAST CHANCE is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. (This really helps us out!) If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.
- Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.
- We will make an exchange if we have the item in stock when the returned item is received at our warehouse. We cannot guarantee we will have the item you need when you want to exchange it. In this case, you will receive an email and will be issued a store credit in the form of a code that you can use on our website. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start this process. Please include your name, the item and order number. We can advise you at that time as to the availability of the item you are wishing to exchange.
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
- Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the item if it does not meet the conditions. In this case the item will then be sent back to the sender.
- Please email us at email@example.com if you believe your garment has a fault. We will handle this with the highest priority.
